Responsibilities include adapting curricula, assessing educational progress, coordinating with schools and families, maintaining academic records, supporting study skills, and collaborating with mental health professionals to align education with treatment goals.

Leads onsite PHP and IOP behavioral health clinic operations for adult and adolescent programs. Oversees P&L, staffing, compliance, clinical quality, performance, supervision, community outreach, referral growth, and program expansion. Builds a collaborative team culture, maintains relationships with referral partners, ensures evidence-based care and documentation standards, and uses technology and outcomes data to improve clinical and operational performance.
