Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for private funds, including quarterly closes, audit preparation, investor reports, fee calculations, invoice payments, review of administrator deliverables, and regulatory filings (Form PF/ADV, PQR/PR, Reg U, TIC). Interface with investment and operations teams and drive process and reporting improvements.

Lead and manage a paralegal/legal support team for Guggenheim Investments, providing hands-on support for entity formation, corporate secretarial services, vendor contract intake, AML/KYC responses, lien searches, document management, e-billing, and cross-functional coordination. Oversee workflows, data governance, project tracking, and time-sensitive escalations while coaching staff and liaising with senior attorneys and stakeholders.

Drive growth of Guggenheim mutual fund, SMA, ETF, DCIO and UCITS products in the Mid-Atlantic. Build and maintain intermediary relationships, deliver presentations and territory business plans, track CRM activity, comply with licensing and regulatory requirements, manage expenses, and collaborate with internal wholesaling and portfolio specialists to meet sales goals.

Reconcile and analyze investment activity across fixed income, equity and derivatives; monitor trading-accounting interfaces; resolve breaks with internal and external parties; coordinate settlements; maintain position accuracy across systems; support controls, documentation, and client/broker communications.

Support processing and reconciliation of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and proxy votes. Review documentation, coordinate front-office decisions, notify custodians, reconcile events, distribute weekly reports, file documentation, and track bank loan amendments and restructures. Assist in drafting processes and improving procedures.

Own and maintain the firms intranet and extranet as a senior full‑stack engineer. Debug, enhance, and build new features across presentation, application, and integration layers. Lead large projects from intake through release, collaborate with design/content/product teams, enforce technical standards (testing, CI/CD, version control), ensure performance, security, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and mentor junior engineers.

Perform full-cycle trade allocation, confirmation, clearing, and settlement for fixed income, equity, financing and derivatives. Monitor fails, resolve discrepancies with custodians/brokers, manage margin calls, maintain allocation archives, support audits, and participate in process improvement projects and cross-team coordination.

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for software, occupancy, and professional services. Manage RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, negotiate commercial terms and renewals, mitigate supplier risk, and maintain supplier relationships. Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs and performance goals.

Support UIT trading and origination operations including regulatory filings, daily pricing, vendor reconciliations, exception resolution, and coordination with Legal, Compliance, and external service providers to ensure compliance and accurate trust administration.

Conduct in-depth municipal credit research and analysis, evaluate new issue and secondary market credits, build analytical models and tools, monitor portfolios, formulate sector investment strategy, author research and thought leadership, and support compliance, trading, and marketing materials.

Support production of DDQs by coordinating with sales and client service teams. Maintain and improve RFP/database processes, queries, and automation. Streamline internal data, manage deadlines across teams, ensure accurate content with legal/compliance/investments, update standard responses, maintain consistent messaging, and identify process improvements.
