Accounting Technical Program Manager serving as the accounting module SME for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include supporting month-end financial processes, reconciliations, payouts, owner statements, product adoption, complex accounting consultations, escalations, internal training, and customer feedback for Product and Engineering roadmap improvements. Requires property management accounting expertise, SaaS technical experience, API literacy, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

Partners with R&D and Product leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, career development, compensation, retention, organizational change, and manager coaching. Uses people data to inform decisions, supports hiring and onboarding, advises on Israeli employment law, and collaborates on global People initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.

Identify and create new business opportunities through cold outreach, engage potential clients, schedule meetings, and track progress toward sales goals. Manage leads in Salesforce, collaborate with the sales team on strategic approaches, monitor market trends, and provide management with updates and feedback on outbound sales activities.
