Support preparation of monthly management accounts, statutory and regulatory reporting, tax filings, and compliance reporting. Assist audits, reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records while ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Delivery & Excellence Office, manage payment and credit card reconciliations, perform document quality reviews and version control, maintain risk registers and governance summaries, liaise with Finance/Procurement, and ensure audit-ready, compliant processes across vendor, financial, and documentation workflows.

Verify, scan, classify, and log branch-submitted documents using Teleform and EDM. Produce daily and monthly reports, track and report errors, respond to queries, collate and submit document batches, and support Records Management and Sales Admin deadlines.

Manage and optimize the insurer's investment and mortgage portfolios, oversee treasury and liquidity, conduct credit and market analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise mortgage operations, maintain external lender and borrower relationships, and support strategic transactions through modelling and due diligence.

Support identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring and reporting of market, credit, liquidity and operational risks. Prepare monthly yield curves and quarterly risk premiums; coordinate bond valuation inputs and price checks; produce credit ratings, reviews and outlooks to support IFRS; maintain risk inventory, controls and mitigation plans; prepare risk reports for management and board.

Develop and grow relationships with existing clients, brokers, banks, and group/pension accounts. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, perform needs and cost-benefit analyses, meet sales targets, handle complaints, coordinate internally, represent the company at events, and provide client training and ongoing support.

Support day-to-day financial operations by performing low-risk reconciliations, clearing aged items, preparing indebtedness statements, assisting cash management reporting, monitoring team mailboxes, and managing assigned reconciliation projects to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

Support administration of group pension plans: process benefit payments and contributions, maintain member records in TOPAS, prepare valuations and reports, respond to client queries, produce annual statements, train staff, and assist the Team Leader.

Provide courteous, accurate customer service for life and health insurance clients, process payments and invoices, manage CRM cases and issue-portal resolutions, maintain records, collate reports, and support team leaders to meet turnaround times and customer satisfaction targets.

Lead actuarial reserving, pricing, IFRS17 and risk activities for Guardian Group P&C (excluding Dutch Caribbean). Oversee actuarial analyses, financial reporting, regulatory submissions, risk metrics (ORSA, BSCR), and present to boards and regulators. Manage and develop the actuarial team and provide strategic actuarial input across underwriting, claims and finance.

Lead and execute regional digital marketing and communications strategies across SEO, SEM, social, email, display, influencer and affiliate channels. Develop brand and messaging guidelines, manage digital channels and budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, measure KPIs and ROI, and report results to senior leadership.

Lead IT governance, strategy, portfolio prioritisation and delivery oversight. Ensure IT risk management, cybersecurity, operations stability, vendor and budget oversight, PMO alignment, executive reporting, and benefits realisation while developing IT teams.

Advise and manage corporate and high-net-worth clients (≥TT$500K), acquire new clients, perform portfolio reviews, monitor redemptions and client satisfaction, develop referral networks, upsell to Private Wealth and Merchant Bank, and maintain product and market knowledge while supporting the Sales Manager.

Process Commercial and Casualty insurance policies (excluding Marine) with accurate data entry into WebSTAR via M-Files, prepare/print/dispatch policy documents, reconcile paperwork to underwriting instructions, follow QA SOPs, provide high-quality customer service, and perform assigned administrative duties while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

Lead AML/CFT/CPF and data protection compliance for the company: monitor transactions, perform sanctions and due-diligence screening, file STRs, prepare regulatory and Board reports, coordinate audits, deliver compliance training, liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders, and maintain compliance records and controls.

Identify, analyze, and clear unallocated payments by matching incoming payments to invoices, investigating discrepancies with stakeholders, preparing reconciliation reports, resolving aged balances, supporting month/year-end receivables close, ensuring compliance and documentation, and recommending process improvements.

Lead development and implementation of group-wide financial risk frameworks (credit, market, liquidity, investment). Guide risk appetite, policy, governance, reporting, and risk registers. Engage and train business units, support CRO, ensure regulatory alignment, and provide oversight to enable informed decision-making and resilience.

Provide administrative and document support to sales agents and branch management: check and key new applications, follow up on outstanding requirements, scan and route documents, maintain reports and logs, prepare quotations, distribute policy contracts, and assist with lapse control and other sales operations tasks.
