Develop and execute prepaid telecommunications marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Manage reseller relationships, support promotional campaigns, coordinate field and merchandising execution, analyze sales and marketing data, and resolve reseller issues involving orders, activations, and promotions. The role requires strong customer-facing, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms, a valid Guam Driver’s License, weekend and variable-shift availability, and travel to events and customer meetings.

Build and expand relationships with existing customers, support collaborative sales efforts, identify customer needs, recommend technology products and solutions, promote retention programs, support product profitability and growth targets, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate across teams. The role also involves metric reviews, administrative responsibilities, ongoing product and industry learning, and working variable shifts and weekends as needed.

Leads digital content strategy and execution across social media, email, websites, blogs, and other platforms. Creates and edits multimedia content, manages content calendars and repositories, maintains brand messaging, coordinates with creative partners, and oversees external creators and agencies. Analyzes engagement and conversion KPIs, applies SEO and marketing analytics, identifies optimization opportunities, and stays current with digital trends and emerging platforms.

Creates product education materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules, and delivers training through workshops, webinars, and e-learning. Maintains product knowledge, supports sales and partner enablement, gathers training feedback, updates documentation, and collaborates with product management, marketing, and customer support. Requires strong communication, presentation, instructional design, organization, and telecom product knowledge, plus a valid Guam driver's license and travel availability.

Serve as an in-store brand ambassador delivering sales, Level I device support, billing and account assistance, transaction processing, and personalized product recommendations. Maintain product knowledge, follow store operations and protocols, support opening/closing, conduct follow-ups, and collaborate with the store team to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Provision, configure, activate, and validate network services (Ethernet, L3VPN, transport, voice). Provide Tier-1 troubleshooting, field/on-site support, documentation, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain service reliability.

Manage and grow small to midmarket and public sector accounts by selling wireless/voice/data solutions. Maintain sales pipeline, prospect, qualify, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, close deals, and reduce churn. Build deep customer relationships, provide reporting on opportunities and revenue, attend networking events, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet monthly quota-based goals.
