Provides administrative and operational support for People Operations and Safety teams. Maintains safety records, procedures, inspections, training documentation, financial transactions, purchase requisitions, reimbursements, payments, inventory, supplies, mail, and DBIDS access credential processes. Supports employees, vendors, customers, and executives while maintaining confidentiality, accurate records, and timely workflow completion. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Microsoft Office and eLation proficiency, schedule flexibility, a Guam driver’s license, and travel between locations.

Supports GTA’s prepaid wireless channel by managing reseller relationships, coordinating promotional materials and logistics, maintaining inventory, processing orders, supporting SIM provisioning, and preparing reports. The role assists with merchandising execution, reseller issue resolution, marketing campaign compliance, invoicing coordination, and operational improvements. It requires strong organization, communication, customer service, data analysis, Microsoft Office proficiency, local travel, and availability for variable shifts and weekends.

Administer carrier-grade virtualization, compute, and storage infrastructure supporting wireless core, RAN, and broadband networks. Manage Proxmox, VMware, KVM, Ceph, ZFS, SAN, operating systems, backups, replication, monitoring, security hardening, and disaster recovery. Coordinate infrastructure changes with network engineering teams, maintain documentation, evaluate vendors, and participate in on-call support for high-availability environments where outages affect customers.

Creates product education materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules, and delivers training through workshops, webinars, and e-learning. Maintains product knowledge, supports sales and partner enablement, gathers training feedback, updates documentation, and collaborates with product management, marketing, and customer support. Requires strong communication, presentation, instructional design, organization, and telecom product knowledge, plus a valid Guam driver's license and travel availability.

Manage and grow small to midmarket and public sector accounts by selling wireless/voice/data solutions. Maintain sales pipeline, prospect, qualify, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, close deals, and reduce churn. Build deep customer relationships, provide reporting on opportunities and revenue, attend networking events, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet monthly quota-based goals.
