Own and grow key fresh-produce customer accounts across the Southeast and West Coast. Responsibilities include relationship management, pricing, RFP/RFQ responses, crop and supply updates, customer meetings, trade shows, business reviews, account goal tracking, negotiations, and new business development. Frequent overnight travel is required.

Coordinates key customer accounts by managing orders, tracking shipments, answering routine questions, processing claims and adjustments, supporting pricing and bids, preparing reports, and maintaining CRM records. Partners with account management, logistics, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. The role requires customer service, sales support, or order management experience and offers a path toward Account Manager.

Serves as the on-site HR resource for a warehouse workforce, overseeing employment-law compliance, social audits, worker classification, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll audits, policy updates, and compliance training. Partners with leadership to build U.S. HR processes and infrastructure while supporting a frontline, multilingual workforce.

Supports daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, accounts receivable, credit control, bank reconciliations, expense claims, tax calculations, VAT/VIES reporting, and statutory closing. The role also contributes to Group reporting, myDATA submissions, compliance with Greek tax and accounting legislation, KPI tracking, internal controls, and process improvements. Collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and other teams is required to provide financial support and business insight.
