Coordinate and quality-check outgoing orders, prepare and load daily shipments, manage inventory and stock counts, maintain cold-chain and storage procedures, apply H&S rules, and liaise with commercial and logistics partners to ensure timely, accurate dispatch.

Support day-to-day HR across Bronx office and New Jersey warehouse: full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee records and HR systems, payroll/timecard/PTO support, benefits and compliance coordination, first point of contact for employee questions, workers' compensation/unemployment coordination, and support HR projects and performance review cycles.

Build and run Trucco's HR function across Bronx office and a New Jersey warehouse: manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, HR reporting, benefits/payroll coordination, employee relations, and early-stage policy and performance processes while partnering with leadership and Gruppo Orsero HR.
