Own statistical and collaborative demand forecasts across assigned categories and channels. Lead monthly S&OP Demand Reviews, incorporate promotional and launch assumptions, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, analyze syndicated and e-commerce data, improve planning tools and alerts, support new product forecasting, and communicate risks and insights to Supply Planning, Sales, Finance, and leadership.

Align with distributors, operators, and agencies to drive distribution, sales velocity, visibility, and flawless activation of new products and innovations. Build partner relationships, lead training, monitor KPIs, and translate strategy into operational standards and rollout.

Lead regional talent acquisition across Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market, focusing on executive and leadership hires. Design and execute sourcing, talent mapping, employer branding, and workforce planning. Partner with senior leaders to build diverse pipelines, conduct market intelligence, and improve hiring metrics while managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries.
