Own High Brew’s brand growth and profitability by translating consumer and market insights into brand plans, innovation, pricing, packaging, media, and commercial activation. Manage the brand P&L, budgets, A&P allocation, ROI tracking, and business reviews while partnering with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and agencies. Drive cross-functional execution, strengthen brand equity, and deliver sustainable volume, revenue, and profit growth across retail and e-commerce channels.

Supports commercial reporting and channel management by preparing purchase suggestions, coordinating new-product coding, monitoring fill-rate indicators, validating sales-order execution, and managing merchandise transfers between stores and distribution centers. The role requires advanced Excel, B2 English, strong planning and communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally for two months.
