Partner with senior leaders to build diverse pipelines, conduct market intelligence, and improve hiring metrics while managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries.

Lead end-to-end S&OP, demand, and supply planning to balance service levels and working capital. Drive forecasting, inventory strategy, co-manufacturer alignment, planning system implementation, scenario analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment while building and mentoring a high-performing planning team.

Process and manage high volumes of AR and AP transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Handle financial documentation, support month-end closes, and maintain vendor relationships.
