Lead business development and inside sales activities for SAP solutions across India and Asia. Research target enterprise accounts, execute account-based marketing and multi-channel outbound campaigns, engage senior decision-makers, qualify leads, nurture prospects, schedule meetings for sales leadership, build partner opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline records.

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and agentic AI solutions on SAP BTP. Build side-by-side CAP and RAP extensions, Fiori/UI5 applications, Joule copilots, RAG solutions, knowledge graphs, and API integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems. Lead BTP service design, manage customer expectations, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote clean-core practices. Global travel and flexible working hours may be required.

Manage and improve AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, security, and application reliability. The role includes Terraform or CloudFormation automation, deployment lifecycle management across multiple environments, Linux troubleshooting, incident investigation, cost optimization, DevSecOps practices, and collaboration with development, QA, and product teams.

Develop scalable Java software across the full lifecycle, including architecture, APIs, databases, responsive applications, testing, debugging, security, deployment, and documentation. Collaborate with development teams and product managers, use JUnit and Mockito, and contribute to client- and server-side development. The role also involves mentoring junior developers, supporting team development, and using AI tools to build applications. Retail POS experience and GK platform experience are advantageous.

Support clients with SAP Retail Materials Management and Supply Chain implementations, configuration, enhancements, and ongoing support. Analyze business processes, manage requirements, configure procurement and inventory processes, support testing and data migration, and provide hypercare. The role covers procure-to-pay, purchasing, goods movements, returns, master data, MRP, and integration with SAP SD and FI. Candidates should independently manage changes, recommend improvements, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and preferably have retail, FMCG, or CPG experience.
