Implement and support SAP solutions for clients, primarily using ABAP on HANA. Analyze business processes, translate requirements into SAP solutions, develop integrations and enhancements, and support implementation, rollout, upgrade, and production projects. The consultant will manage client expectations, contribute to demos and presales, document solutions, mentor colleagues, and maintain customer satisfaction. Flexibility for North American and European working hours and occasional global onsite travel is required.

Drive new-logo enterprise sales and account expansion for SAP services and solutions across Western India. Build relationships with SAP field teams, engage senior stakeholders, position RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and AI offerings, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure. Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with internal leadership and subject matter experts to tailor solutions and close deals.

Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, upgrades, process optimization, and support for large retail operations. Configure FI/CO modules, integrate finance with POS, inventory, merchandise planning, MM, SD, and CAR systems, and improve GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, cost center, profit center, and profitability processes. Partner with finance and store operations leaders, translate requirements into solutions, and mentor functional consultants.

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and agentic AI solutions on SAP BTP. Build side-by-side CAP and RAP extensions, Fiori/UI5 applications, Joule copilots, RAG solutions, knowledge graphs, and API integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems. Lead BTP service design, manage customer expectations, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote clean-core practices. Global travel and flexible working hours may be required.

Develop scalable Java software across the full lifecycle, including architecture, APIs, databases, responsive applications, testing, debugging, security, deployment, and documentation. Collaborate with development teams and product managers, use JUnit and Mockito, and contribute to client- and server-side development. The role also involves mentoring junior developers, supporting team development, and using AI tools to build applications. Retail POS experience and GK platform experience are advantageous.

Support clients with SAP Retail Materials Management and Supply Chain implementations, configuration, enhancements, and ongoing support. Analyze business processes, manage requirements, configure procurement and inventory processes, support testing and data migration, and provide hypercare. The role covers procure-to-pay, purchasing, goods movements, returns, master data, MRP, and integration with SAP SD and FI. Candidates should independently manage changes, recommend improvements, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and preferably have retail, FMCG, or CPG experience.
