Develop S/4HANA architecture, manage procure-to-pay processes, prepare project documentation, support testing and training, and independently deliver enhancements. Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO design and delivery within a global business transformation program. Provide finance and controlling subject matter expertise, enforce global template standards, coordinate with process and architecture teams, and sign off SI partner RICEFW deliverables. Configure core finance functionality, treasury, cloud integration, procurement processes, sales contract and billing processes, and country-specific localizations. Lead implementation engagements, manage teams and clients, support business development, and ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodology and organizational policies.

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and agentic AI solutions on SAP BTP. Build side-by-side CAP and RAP extensions, Fiori/UI5 applications, Joule copilots, RAG solutions, knowledge graphs, and API integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems. Lead BTP service design, manage customer expectations, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote clean-core practices. Global travel and flexible working hours may be required.

Lead business development and inside sales activities for SAP solutions across India and Asia. Research target enterprise accounts, execute account-based marketing and multi-channel outbound campaigns, engage senior decision-makers, qualify leads, nurture prospects, schedule meetings for sales leadership, build partner opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline records.

Provide SAP FI consulting expertise for client selection, implementation, integration, and support. Configure SAP S/4HANA FI processes including New GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, PCA, taxation, treasury, and banking. Integrate FI with logistics modules and support procurement, sales contracts, rebates, and billing. Apply SAP Best Practices and SAP Activate methodology while managing deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting global business transformation programs.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Vue.js, and Angular. Responsibilities include designing client- and server-side architecture, building responsive interfaces, developing APIs and databases, testing, debugging, implementing security settings, documenting software, and collaborating with product managers, data teams, and developers. The role also involves training junior developers and supporting desktop and mobile application development.

Support clients with SAP Retail Materials Management and Supply Chain implementations, configuration, enhancements, and ongoing support. Analyze business processes, manage requirements, configure procurement and inventory processes, support testing and data migration, and provide hypercare. The role covers procure-to-pay, purchasing, goods movements, returns, master data, MRP, and integration with SAP SD and FI. Candidates should independently manage changes, recommend improvements, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and preferably have retail, FMCG, or CPG experience.

Designs and develops SAP integration mappings across IDoc, SOAP, REST, and RFC interfaces. Performs data transformation using graphical mapping, XSLT, and Java mappings; collaborates with functional and technical teams; troubleshoots SAP CPI and PI/PO issues; conducts unit and integration testing; documents mapping specifications; and supports existing interfaces to maintain reliable data flow.

Leads SAP transformation delivery and practice growth across India and APAC, with profit-and-loss ownership, presales support, portfolio governance, and executive client management. Oversees SAP Retail and Fashion solutions, including S/4 Retail, BTP, Integration Suite, supply chain, pricing, and accounting integration. Builds SAP RISE and Grow practices, leads teams of 50+ consultants, drives innovation and AI adoption, and ensures project profitability, quality, client satisfaction, and value realization.
