Develop scalable Java software across the full lifecycle, including architecture, APIs, databases, responsive applications, testing, debugging, security, deployment, and documentation. Collaborate with development teams and product managers, use JUnit and Mockito, and contribute to client- and server-side development. The role also involves mentoring junior developers, supporting team development, and using AI tools to build applications. Retail POS experience and GK platform experience are advantageous.

Implement and configure SAP FICO solutions in S/4HANA environments, including General Ledger, AP/AR, asset accounting, controlling, product costing, COPA, and profitability analysis. Integrate SAP Finance with logistics modules, CAR, POS, and retail omnichannel systems. Develop S/4HANA architecture, manage procure-to-pay processes, prepare project documentation, support testing and training, and independently deliver enhancements. The role requires client-facing consulting, full lifecycle implementation, multi-country rollout experience, strong accounting knowledge, and retail or fashion industry expertise.

Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO design and delivery within a global business transformation program. Provide finance and controlling subject matter expertise, enforce global template standards, coordinate with process and architecture teams, and sign off SI partner RICEFW deliverables. Configure core finance functionality, treasury, cloud integration, procurement processes, sales contract and billing processes, and country-specific localizations. Lead implementation engagements, manage teams and clients, support business development, and ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodology and organizational policies.
