Coordinates residential clients from contract signing through delivery and after-sales service. Serves as the primary contact, manages internal and external stakeholders, plans unit deliveries, tracks deficiencies and corrective actions, handles administrative follow-ups, and maintains documentation. The role also includes visits to real estate projects for pre-delivery inspections and operational support. Requires complex customer-service experience, strong coordination and problem-solving skills, French and English communication, organization, autonomy, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Promote and sell new condominium units in Montreal, guide clients through the purchase process, present model suites, meet sales targets, manage sales office operations, use Lasso and Microsoft tools, handle contracts and mortgage follow-ups, and participate in sales meetings and project launch events.

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in residential buildings: empty trash, clean common areas, bathrooms, elevators and windows; conduct regular building inspections, manage recycling, handle exterior maintenance (snow clearing, litter pickup), maintain supplies inventory, and prepare apartments after move-outs.

Lead and coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, maintain HRIS data integrity (BambooHR), manage approvals and leave processes, produce HR reports/KPIs, support HR process improvements, handle disability and parental leave follow-up, and assist HR projects and talent acquisition as needed.
