Provide autonomous administrative support to the sales team: greet clients, manage calls and emails, prepare contracts and DocuSign signatures, track deposits and mortgage approvals, maintain CRM (Lasso), support sales events, manage sales materials and office tools, and assist with reports and financial follow-ups.

Perform daily building rounds to clean and maintain common areas and collection spaces, manage waste and recycling (including cardboard), clean waste chutes weekly, move containers for pickups, pressure-wash collection areas per schedule, follow health and safety procedures, and provide courteous service and tenant relations.

Develop and animate tenant experience and community life across residential properties: organize events, run tenant committees, collect and analyze feedback, coordinate initiatives to improve satisfaction and lease renewals, and work closely with property directors.
