Provides technical leadership for a core SaaS platform, owning architecture, technical direction, engineering standards, scalability, security, and reliability. Designs and reviews Java and full-stack solutions, leads performance and resilience initiatives, supports Agile delivery, mentors engineers, and drives collaboration across Product, Data, Operations, DevOps, and QA. The role also leads production issue resolution, observability improvements, secure development practices, and continuous engineering excellence.

Manage end-to-end early careers recruitment campaigns for client organizations, including candidate attraction, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management, pipeline reporting, and candidate communications. Own client relationships, provide campaign insights, identify recruitment risks, and recommend interventions to improve hiring outcomes. The role also supports governance, documentation, operational performance, and collaboration with internal delivery teams.

Manages and grows a portfolio of recruitment and talent-solution client accounts. Oversees client relationships, governance, contractual delivery, account performance, retention, commercial expansion, recruitment programmes, reporting, risk resolution, and cross-functional delivery teams. Serves as a senior client contact and recruitment subject matter expert, ensuring service quality, hiring outcomes, profitability, and continuous improvement.

Manage and maintain databases, backups, monitoring, patching, and on-premises and AWS cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on Linux-based infrastructure operations, system reliability, disaster recovery, observability, and platform security across VMware, Windows, and cloud environments. Training and playbooks are provided, with increasing responsibility over time. Occasional planned out-of-hours maintenance and patching is required.

Supports the Customer Success team by administering customer subscriptions, maintaining CRM data, distributing employer profiles and roles, and helping retain and expand customer relationships. The role assists Customer Success Managers with risk mitigation, identifies process improvements, contributes customer insights, and ensures accurate, timely service delivery. Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and customer focus are essential. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Delivers recruitment services and a positive candidate experience throughout hiring campaigns. Responsibilities include building diverse candidate pipelines, coordinating assessment events, monitoring applications, communicating with candidates and clients, facilitating training, providing recruitment reporting, and managing candidate queries. The role requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, teamwork, and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Recruitment or customer-facing experience is required, while early careers market knowledge and German fluency are desirable.

Coordinate early-career recruitment campaigns for a financial services client, managing candidate pipelines, assessment events, scheduling, communications, reporting, and candidate updates. Deliver workshops for hiring teams, provide responsive client and candidate support, maintain service-level standards, and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid, permanent, and focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
