Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and fiduciaries. Conduct tax research, identify planning opportunities, support client meetings, manage engagements and deadlines, and mentor junior staff while maintaining compliance and firm documentation standards.

Serve as the Fairfax office front desk, welcome clients and guests, answer and route calls, manage visitor check-ins, maintain shared spaces, coordinate conference rooms and meetings, handle mail and shipping, assist with scanning/organizing client documents, support busy season overtime, and provide general administrative support to team members.

Lead full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and migrations, advise on process redesign and reporting, manage integrations and data conversion, guide testing/training/go-live and post-go-live support, serve as primary client contact, and support business development to grow the ERP consulting practice.

Manage tax compliance and advisory engagements for businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Oversee preparation and review of complex federal and state returns, lead engagement teams, mentor staff, provide tax research and planning, and maintain client relationships while supporting firm growth.

Support the firm’s internal accounting operations including AR/AP, payment processing, reconciliations, billing system maintenance, bank and month‑end reconciliations, collections support, vendor payments, and process improvements while working closely with the Controller and internal stakeholders.
