Lead and grow a cybersecurity GRC advisory practice: design and oversee NIST/ISO-aligned frameworks, lead CUI/DFARS/NIST 800-171 compliance, manage technical control implementations (SIEM, MFA, encryption), advise on secure federal cloud environments, run assessments/remediation, direct incident response, deliver executive reporting, and build client-facing cybersecurity services.

Manage tax compliance and advisory engagements for businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Oversee preparation and review of complex federal and state returns, lead engagement teams, mentor staff, provide tax research and planning, and maintain client relationships while supporting firm growth.

Lead full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and migrations, advise on process redesign and reporting, manage integrations and data conversion, guide testing/training/go-live and post-go-live support, serve as primary client contact, and support business development to grow the ERP consulting practice.

Lead a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients by managing relationships, overseeing month-end close and financial reporting, mentoring staff, implementing cloud accounting and automation tools, providing technical accounting guidance, budgeting/forecasting support, coordinating with auditors/tax teams, and driving practice growth through client expansion and business development.
