Provide white-glove IT support for onsite and remote employees, manage tickets, provision and maintain devices, administer user accounts and permissions, support Microsoft 365/AD/Intune and phone systems, assist with Windows Server maintenance, manage assets, document procedures, use AI/LLM tools to improve workflows, and participate in technology projects and vendor coordination.

Manage and enhance the firm's Salesforce platform and data environment. Responsibilities include designing custom solutions with Apex, SOQL, Flows, APIs, and reporting tools; maintaining data governance, security, integrations, dashboards, and automations; supporting data migration from acquired firms; troubleshooting and training users; gathering requirements; reducing technical debt; and documenting processes. The role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable systems for a growing wealth management organization.

Support day-to-day accounting operations and month/quarter/year-end close. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, treasury and AP activities, financial reporting, audit support, and process improvements while collaborating with the Controller and cross-functional teams.
