Support day-to-day accounting operations and month/quarter/year-end close. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, treasury and AP activities, financial reporting, audit support, and process improvements while collaborating with the Controller and cross-functional teams.

Provide white-glove IT support for onsite and remote employees, manage tickets, provision and maintain devices, administer user accounts and permissions, support Microsoft 365/AD/Intune and phone systems, assist with Windows Server maintenance, manage assets, document procedures, use AI/LLM tools to improve workflows, and participate in technology projects and vendor coordination.

Assume an established book of business through a planned succession, provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management for high-net-worth clients, collaborate with internal specialists, drive organic growth and referrals, and maintain fiduciary, compliance, and client service standards.
