Manages digital advertising trafficking from proposal and order entry through campaign placement, optimization, pacing, troubleshooting, and reporting. Coordinates with sales, account executives, designers, and advertisers to ensure accurate delivery against contracts and client KPIs. Reports, shoots, writes, edits, and delivers broadcast, digital, and social news stories independently under tight deadlines. Develops sources, pitches enterprise stories, conducts interviews, reports live, engages audiences, and collaborates with newsroom staff. Requires strong visual storytelling, on-camera communication, journalistic accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to work rotating shifts, on call, and in the field.

Lead and own fund operations across multiple vehicles: LP lifecycle management, capital call and distribution execution, mineral asset administration, coordination with finance, auditors, and operators, maintain investor portals and internal systems, and build scalable operational processes for a growing private capital platform.

Support development and execution of marketing and communications plans, create content for social and web, coordinate promotions, events, and community partnerships, manage timelines with vendors and internal teams, and perform related duties including occasional driving for company business.

Operate helicopter-mounted camera and transmitter to shoot, edit, and transmit aerial video for broadcasts, websites and social media. Record sound, write copy, organize footage, maintain equipment, assist pilot with safety, fill in as photojournalist/editor when needed, and travel to story scenes on short notice.

Anchor/Reporters serve as primary on-air talent and reporters, researching, writing, and delivering breaking and feature news. Responsibilities include live coverage, interviews, content pitching, collaboration with producers, social media engagement, and upholding journalistic standards while meeting deadlines and occasional field work.

Shoot, edit, and produce video and audio content for broadcast, web, and social. Coordinate with reporters and assignment desk, maintain equipment, follow journalistic ethics, work under tight deadlines and rotating shifts, and perform field duties including driving and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Cover Oklahoma state government and the Legislature with enterprise, accountability, and investigative reporting. Shoot, write, edit, and deliver multimedia stories for TV, streaming, digital, and social platforms. Provide live coverage, collaborate with statewide teams, assist with general assignments and fill-in anchoring, and pursue stories that show how policy affects everyday Oklahomans. Drive for company business and work rotating shifts as needed.

Supervise a team of broadcast engineers to maintain, install, and repair broadcast systems (transmitters, servers, audio/video gear). Ensure signal quality, FCC compliance, lead projects, provide technical support, train staff, assist hiring, and perform on-call and physical site work.

Produce enterprise and daily broadcast stories by developing sources, reporting live with a Photojournalist, and creating digital/social content. Ensure accuracy, on-camera performance, and community engagement while meeting tight deadlines and supporting newsroom colleagues.
