Own and build Gridsight’s marketing function, including product marketing, positioning, account-based growth, customer advocacy, industry community, content, market credibility, AI-enabled workflows, budgeting, measurement, and team development. Analyze utility customer data, build dashboards and visualizations, deliver bespoke analyses, validate outputs, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support customer delivery by partnering with power engineers and data engineers, troubleshoot data issues, and help translate recurring analyses into product features. Contribute to documentation, playbooks, tooling, and automation that improve analytics delivery.

Turn utility network data, including AMI, topology, and asset telemetry, into reliable analysis and visualizations. Own customer delivery across pre-sales, pilots, and deployments; lead working sessions; present findings; translate technical concepts; adapt the platform to UK and European grid operators; and build the regional delivery playbook. The role requires strong hands-on data skills, commercial judgment, customer communication, rapid learning, AI-enabled workflows, and comfort operating as an early hire.

Own the end-to-end finance and accounting function across entities and jurisdictions. Responsibilities include financial close, consolidations, reporting, cash management, compliance, tax, audits, external partners, finance systems, controls, automation, budgeting, forecasting, fundraising support, and team leadership. The role will build scalable finance infrastructure, improve operational processes, provide decision support to executives and investors, and ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial information.

Build and validate AI-native tooling for utility power-engineering and go-to-market teams. The role combines customer discovery, workflow analysis, Python and SQL development, data investigation, prototypes, integrations, debugging, and production-quality software. You will partner with Product and Engineering, dogfood tools on live customer problems, define requirements and quality standards, lead rollout and adoption, train users, and establish the company’s forward-deployed engineering operating model. Regular customer and U.S. team travel is required.

Leads Gridsight’s U.S. network strategy by building executive relationships with electric utilities, translating utility needs into commercial and product direction, leading strategic business reviews, developing ROI cases, and articulating customer value. Represents the company across the power sector through industry events and thought leadership. Requires deep U.S. utility expertise, technical knowledge of distribution operations, DER integration, grid planning, and interconnection, plus senior-level commercial and communication skills.

Responsibilities include market strategy, enterprise sales, strategic accounts, partnerships, pricing, product marketing, customer expansion, founder leverage, cross-functional problem solving, and building commercial operating cadences, metrics, feedback loops, and repeatable processes.

The Strategic Account Manager will manage commercial relationships with ANZ utility subscriptions, focusing on account expansion, renewals, and building executive relationships within accounts to ensure long-term growth and strategic direction.

Lead global implementation to convert utility grid data into Gridsight models, build a Centre of Excellence, scale regional delivery, automate data intake and processes, partner with Product/Engineering, and coach regional teams to reduce time-to-value and maintain ongoing model accuracy.

Own end-to-end IT operations including devices, SaaS, MDM, identity and access, and IT ticketing. Manage employee lifecycle and access, lead SOC 2 compliance and ISO 27001 certification efforts, coordinate audits, close control gaps, and build scalable IT/security processes and documentation.

Design, implement and run constrained optimisation engines for real-time grid operations. Formulate network models, build scalable optimisation solutions, validate and monitor models, and contribute to optimisation strategy and tooling.

As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will enhance platform reliability for product squads, optimize deployment and observability, mentor peers, and drive better developer experiences.

The Strategic Account Executive will drive commercialization in the US, managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with utility executives to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.
