Lead the engineering and execution of high-voltage AC substations and switchyards within major transmission projects. Manage design scopes, budgets, schedules, consultants, technical reviews, procurement support, site assessments, commissioning readiness, CAPEX estimates, and stakeholder interfaces. Lead engineering and design activities for high-voltage transmission line projects from development through construction. Responsibilities include managing consultants, scopes, budgets, schedules, technical reviews, transmission structure and geotechnical engineering, permitting and landowner coordination, field visits, CAPEX estimates, due diligence, RFPs, and engineering contracts. The role also supports stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing related to HVDC and transmission technologies.

The Project Manager will manage energy transmission projects, engaging stakeholders, obtaining approvals, and overseeing budgets and schedules.

Develop and run probabilistic resource adequacy and production cost models (e.g., SERVM, PLEXOS) to quantify reliability, ELCC, and economic value of transmission projects. Assemble and validate inputs, automate data pipelines in Python/SQL, produce decision-ready analyses, support regulatory and stakeholder processes, and translate technical results into clear deliverables for commercialization and financing.

The Finance Senior Associate will focus on project finance modeling, financial analysis, and commercial structuring for energy infrastructure projects, collaborating with various cross-functional teams and conducting market analysis.

The Director of Regulatory Affairs will lead regulatory strategy, engage stakeholders, advocate for policies, and ensure compliance for electric transmission projects.
