Supports large-scale electric transmission projects through power market research, data room management, customer meeting coordination, utility and market analysis, value proposition development, and contract drafting. Lead large-scale electric transmission projects from early evaluation through permitting, commercial advancement, and construction readiness. Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting while coordinating land, routing, environmental, regulatory, engineering, commercial, legal, finance, and communications teams. Oversee permitting, land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, consultants, and risk mitigation. Build relationships with landowners, utilities, regulators, public officials, and communities, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead the engineering and execution of high-voltage AC substations and switchyards within major transmission projects. Manage design scopes, budgets, schedules, consultants, technical reviews, procurement support, site assessments, commissioning readiness, CAPEX estimates, and stakeholder interfaces. Support HVDC converter station integration, due diligence, permitting, constructability, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong substation protection and control, balance-of-plant, safety, compliance, communication, and project leadership expertise.

Lead engineering and design activities for high-voltage transmission line projects from development through construction. Responsibilities include managing consultants, scopes, budgets, schedules, technical reviews, transmission structure and geotechnical engineering, permitting and landowner coordination, field visits, CAPEX estimates, due diligence, RFPs, and engineering contracts. The role also supports stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing related to HVDC and transmission technologies.

The Project Manager will manage energy transmission projects, engaging stakeholders, obtaining approvals, and overseeing budgets and schedules.

Develop and run probabilistic resource adequacy and production cost models (e.g., SERVM, PLEXOS) to quantify reliability, ELCC, and economic value of transmission projects. Assemble and validate inputs, automate data pipelines in Python/SQL, produce decision-ready analyses, support regulatory and stakeholder processes, and translate technical results into clear deliverables for commercialization and financing.
