Supports large-scale electric transmission projects through power market research, data room management, customer meeting coordination, utility and market analysis, value proposition development, and contract drafting. The role researches regulated and deregulated electricity markets, analyzes utility and ISO/RTO planning, responds to due diligence requests, develops presentations and analytical tools, and coordinates MOUs and NDAs. Requires strong organization, writing, analytical, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with travel up to 20%.

Lead large-scale electric transmission projects from early evaluation through permitting, commercial advancement, and construction readiness. Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting while coordinating land, routing, environmental, regulatory, engineering, commercial, legal, finance, and communications teams. Oversee permitting, land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, consultants, and risk mitigation. Build relationships with landowners, utilities, regulators, public officials, and communities, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead the engineering and execution of high-voltage AC substations and switchyards within major transmission projects. Manage design scopes, budgets, schedules, consultants, technical reviews, procurement support, site assessments, commissioning readiness, CAPEX estimates, and stakeholder interfaces. Support HVDC converter station integration, due diligence, permitting, constructability, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong substation protection and control, balance-of-plant, safety, compliance, communication, and project leadership expertise.
