Performs data entry, document assembly, copying, binding, filing, record updates, and telephone coverage. Ensures materials are accurate, polished, confidential, and signature-ready while supporting special projects and administrative tasks.

Provides administrative and coordination support for learning and development programs. Responsibilities include administering the LCvista LMS, maintaining training and compliance records, tracking CPE requirements, preparing reports, coordinating virtual and in-person training logistics, supporting onboarding and leadership events, issuing CPE certificates, responding to LMS inquiries, and assisting with scheduling, communications, documentation, evaluations, and program follow-up.

Manage and supervise outsourced accounting engagements including monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis. Implement and train clients and staff on cloud-based accounting tools, review workpapers for accuracy, maintain client relationships, and ensure deliverables meet professional and firm standards.
