Supervise and execute outsourced accounting engagements using cloud-based systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online). Lead monthly close tasks, reconciliations, financial reporting, staff training, quality reviews, client communication, and ensure deliverables meet professional and firm standards while managing engagement budgets and developing staff.

Manage day-to-day outsourced accounting operations for a portfolio of nonprofit and/or government contractor clients. Oversee monthly close, audit-ready financial reporting, compliance, onboarding, budgets, and client communications. Supervise and develop staff, identify process improvements and advisory opportunities, and ensure GAAP and regulatory adherence while supporting practice growth and firm initiatives.

Own and grow new business for Sage Intacct from first contact through contract. Qualify and nurture leads, perform discovery, independently deliver customized product demonstrations, develop proposals and SOWs, negotiate and close deals, forecast pipeline in CRM, coordinate client handoffs, represent the firm at events, and contribute to sales and marketing strategy to meet revenue targets.

Lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of webinars, in-person programs, conferences, sponsorships, and exhibits. Manage end-to-end event planning, vendor and budget management, platform operations (webinars, LC Vista, SharePoint, CRM), metrics and post-event reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to drive business development, thought leadership, and attendee experience.

Lead and supervise tax engagement teams, review tax returns and working papers, plan and budget engagements, train staff, communicate with clients, ensure compliance with professional and firm standards, and prepare or review tax-related reports and schedules.

Lead and review complex individual and business tax returns, manage tax staff and workflows, handle tax research and governmental examinations, advise clients on tax planning (including international tax issues), and support staff development and firm marketing efforts. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax laws and firm standards.

One-week, in-office accounting externship with the audit team for freshman and sophomore students. Provides hands-on audit exposure, learning opportunities, and competitive hourly pay. Applicants should submit a cover letter and resume.
