Provide staff oversight and coaching, maintain client relationships, and communicate financial information clearly across multiple accounts.

Formats and proofreads financial statements, tax returns, and client documents using office and accounting software. Performs data entry, document assembly, copying, binding, filing, record updates, and telephone coverage. Ensures materials are accurate, polished, confidential, and signature-ready while supporting special projects and administrative tasks.
