Manage and optimize global LAN/WAN and network security infrastructure. Support Cisco ISE and SD-WAN, Palo Alto firewalls and Prisma Access SASE. Monitor performance, execute testing, document configurations, resolve incidents, and support M&A network integrations.

Serve as HR business partner handling payroll coordination, HR documentation, onboarding and exits, recruitment support, training coordination, and general HR operations to ensure timely, accurate HR services and compliance with local labor laws.

Lead daily production planning and scheduling across multiple lines, prioritize to meet customer demand, coordinate manpower/equipment/materials, monitor progress, adjust plans, lead planning team, drive OEE and continuous improvement projects, collaborate with Production, Sales, QA, Maintenance, Logistics, and Procurement, and prepare planning and performance reports to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Lead and grow a defined sales portfolio by driving revenue, expanding customer relationships, prospecting new business, preparing bids and pricing, monitoring competitors and budget performance, and coaching junior sales staff. Manage accounts (up to BRL 50M), conduct customer visits, update CRM weekly, and present performance results to senior management to maximize profitability.

Lead and manage all plant operations for a tube and core facility, driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement. Oversee manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, planning, quality, and EHS functions; set KPIs, deliver forecasts and budgets, develop staff, and implement Lean initiatives to meet operational and financial goals.

Lead development and execution of reliability and asset management strategies to maximize equipment uptime, safety, and quality. Implement RCM/PM/PdM programs, condition monitoring, RCFA, KPI tracking (OEE, MTBF, MTTR), and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, support capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor reliability staff.

Supervise multi-line production operations, manage shift activities and schedules, implement performance and safety systems, troubleshoot process or equipment issues, lead and develop team members, and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain, integrate and implement Infor LN and peripheral systems; monitor and tune system performance; design automated health-monitoring and alerting; support technical implementations, DR/Failover, SLA compliance, and cross-system interfaces.

Perform vibration data collection and basic analysis, maintain vibration and monitoring databases and sensors, use motion amplification and infrared cameras for troubleshooting, test motors and recommend repairs, enter CMMS work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and support plant safety, housekeeping, and lean/operational excellence initiatives.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable: process invoices, resolve supplier queries and escalations, execute payments and bank accounting, support month- and year-end close, prepare SOPs, and implement AP process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Support manufacturing engineering by maintaining BOMs and product records, coordinating engineering changes (ECO/ECN/MOC), verifying product/process data, tracking project deliverables, producing reports, and collaborating with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement.

Manage product safety and regulatory compliance programs for packaging, maintain UN governance and training modules across EMEA/APAC, lead UN module rollouts, audit regional transport regulatory compliance, investigate test failures, support corrective actions, and provide technical guidance on materials, design, testing and manufacturing.

Perform routine non-technical plant tasks including cleaning, lubricating and maintaining equipment, loading/unloading, holding/supplying materials, basic quality checks, property care, following safety rules, reporting issues to supervisors, and other assigned duties.
