Η Greif Hellas αναζητά έναν έμπειρο και κινητοποιημένο Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας στο εργοστάσιο. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη συντήρηση και την επισκευή ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών συστημάτων, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία του εργοστασίου.

Αρμοδιότητες:

• Ανάλυση και ερμηνεία μηχανικών, ηλεκτρολογικών και πνευματικών συστημάτων.
• Συντήρηση και βελτίωση του εξοπλισμού παραγωγής για τη μέγιστη αποδοτικότητα και παραγωγικότητα.
• Εκτέλεση τακτικής και προληπτικής συντήρησης σε ηλεκτρομηχανολογικά συστήματα.
• Ανίχνευση και επισκευή μηχανικών και ηλεκτρικών προβλημάτων στις παραγωγικές μηχανές.
• Συνεργασία με άλλους τεχνικούς συντήρησης για την ελαχιστοποίηση του χρόνου διακοπής λειτουργίας των μηχανών.
• Διατήρηση αναλυτικών καταγραφών συντήρησης και επισκευών.
• Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τους κανονισμούς ασφαλείας και τις διαδικασίες του εργοστασίου.
• Βοήθεια στην εγκατάσταση και τη ρύθμιση νέου εξοπλισμού.
• Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή προγραμμάτων προληπτικής συντήρησης.
• Διαχείριση έργων που αφορούν την αναβάθμιση και τροποποίηση εξοπλισμού.
• Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης για την επίλυση προβλημάτων στην παραγωγική διαδικασία.

Απαιτήσεις:

• Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού (ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ) ή σχετικού τομέα.
• Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ηλεκτρομηχανολογικά συστήματα, κατά προτίμηση σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον.
• Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και συντήρησης μηχανικών, ηλεκτρολογικών και πνευματικών συστημάτων.
• Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη συντήρηση ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών συστημάτων ή συναφούς τομέα.
• Ικανότητα επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
• Καλή επικοινωνία και ικανότητα συνεργασίας σε ομάδα.
• Γνώση βιομηχανικών μηχανημάτων και λειτουργιών εργοστασίου.

Greif Hellas is seeking an experienced and motivated Μechanical Engineer to join our team at the factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and improve production equipment for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electromechanical systems.
• Detect and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production machines.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to minimize machine downtime.
• Keep detailed maintenance and repair records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plant procedures.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage projects related to equipment upgrades and modifications.
• Provide technical support to solve issues in the production process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Μechanical Engineering (University/Technological Institution) or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Ability to analyze and maintain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven experience in the maintenance of electromechanical systems or a related field.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and plant operations.
