The role ensures efficient, accurate, scalable service delivery, manages high-volume insurance workflows, develops employees, addresses performance issues, and translates organizational priorities into team action plans.

Manages the day-to-day service and execution of an assigned personal-lines insurance book of business. Serves as the primary client contact, supports new business and renewals, processes policy transactions, reviews documents, resolves billing issues, maintains account records, and coordinates with clients, carriers, vendors, producers, and internal teams. The role also reviews Account Coordinator work and ensures accurate, timely delivery while identifying coverage gaps and relationship opportunities.

Owns Applied Epic as the company-wide enterprise business system, overseeing governance, configuration, workflows, data quality, reporting, integrations, security, testing, releases, training, adoption, and continuous improvement. Translates cross-functional business needs into scalable solutions, manages the platform roadmap and change control, supports migrations and acquisitions, and partners with Operations, Accounting, IT, leadership, Applied Systems, and vendors to maintain system integrity and business value.

Sell mid-market commercial insurance by prospecting, managing a disciplined pipeline, closing new business, delivering consultative P&C risk solutions, collaborating with operations and carriers, mentoring junior producers, and building market presence.
