Manage commercial insurance client accounts, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, support producers with new and renewal business, prepare proposals and quotes, ensure policy accuracy, and handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) while delivering prompt, professional client service.

Partner with the Controller and CFO to execute month-end close, maintain the general ledger, perform balance sheet reconciliations, produce variance analysis and management reporting, support budgeting/forecasting and audits, and drive process improvements and financial insight in a GAAP-compliant environment.

Drive new revenue by targeting mid-market and large employers; advise CFOs/CHROs on self-funded and alternative funding strategies, cost containment, pharmacy and clinical risk, and population health. Design multi-year benefits roadmaps, lead consultative discovery, partner with analytics, actuarial, compliance and service teams, and build a retained book of business with long-term growth objectives.
