Manage assigned insurance accounts across client service, new business, renewals, policy administration, billing, carrier coordination, documentation, and compliance. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate account deliverables, identify coverage and service needs, and ensure accurate, timely execution. Senior-level responsibilities include managing complex books of business, leading client and renewal meetings, exercising technical judgment, and mentoring Account Managers.

Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients and lead annual renewals from strategy through presentation. Analyze claims, utilization, benchmarking, and plan designs; market programs to carriers, negotiate terms, and recommend solutions. Advise clients on benefits administration, compliance, open enrollment, and communications while coordinating internal teams and vendors. Resolve issues, identify cross-selling opportunities, support new business, maintain account records, and build long-term client relationships.

Leads Commercial Lines and Private Client Account Coordination teams, overseeing staffing, service delivery, quality, performance, training, talent development, and operational improvement. Partners with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams to manage risks, optimize workflows, support technology initiatives, and maintain exceptional client service. Provides direct production support during peak workloads or staffing shortages.
