Leads daily quality operations and develops a quality team in a production environment. Develop sales strategies, negotiate agreements, coordinate product development and merchandising initiatives, provide market feedback, oversee account visits and reporting, and collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, engineering, and product teams. The role also manages direct reports and requires travel to customer meetings and events.

Verify outbound orders in SAP/ERP, print and apply shipping labels, confirm item and model numbers, prepare and load shipments, handle returns, maintain inventory accuracy, follow SOPs and safety/Hazmat procedures, and perform light housekeeping and pallet handling tasks.
