Conduct motorcycle repossession and recovery activities across Nairobi, including locating assets, engaging customers, coordinating voluntary returns, responding to fleet incidents, and transporting recovered motorcycles to designated facilities. Document asset condition, accessories, evidence, handovers, and incident details. Liaise with police, government agencies, insurers, workshops, customers, and recovery agents while ensuring lawful, safe, professional, and compliant operations.

Supports driver acquisition through outbound telesales, lead engagement, eligibility assessment, follow-up, appointment coordination, documentation guidance, CRM and tracker updates, and performance reporting. The role focuses on converting prospective drivers into documented participants in Greenwheels’ Lease-to-Own program, while maintaining accurate records and meeting call, contact, follow-up, and conversion targets.

Generate and convert leads for a Lease-to-Own driver program through inbound and outbound calls. Explain lease terms, screen applicants against eligibility criteria, support document submission, follow up on incomplete applications, accurately record CRM activity, and meet call-volume and conversion targets while maintaining professional call quality.

Supports Greenwheels’ digital marketing and social media presence by creating platform-specific content, managing community engagement, maintaining website and blog content, assisting with Meta and Google advertising campaigns, generating leads for the Lease-to-Own program, and tracking performance metrics. Collaborates with sales and operations teams, coordinates digital assets, prepares reports, and helps improve campaign effectiveness, audience growth, engagement, and cost per lead.

Provide post-onboarding support for drivers using the mobile app, assist with inquiries through multiple channels, troubleshoot payment issues, coordinate with finance for reconciliations, and maintain communication and reporting.

The Training Associate delivers driver training programs, conducts assessments, manages records, and collaborates with departments to ensure driver readiness and understanding of operational procedures.

Deliver practical and classroom bike/e-bike training, assess riders on safety and riding skills, provide coaching and reassessments, maintain training and assessment records, report mechanical/safety issues and coordinate with Maintenance and Operations.
