Own Greenwheels’ organic social presence, paid-social creative, community engagement, and monthly content production plan. Create and edit phone-first video, graphics, decks, explainers, and rider stories while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Track creative and prospect performance, refresh underperforming ads, capture social leads, and support internal teams with campaign materials. The role also involves recruiting and coaching a small content team and engaging directly with Nairobi’s boda community.

Monitors customer journeys, analyzes feedback and support data, conducts NPS and CSAT programs, identifies recurring issues, supports root cause analysis, and develops actionable recommendations. The role collaborates across departments to resolve customer pain points, tracks dissatisfaction trends, prepares reports, and escalates emerging issues. It requires strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Monitors immobilized bikes, yard access, CCTV, tracking systems, and asset movements. Maintains accurate registers, gate-pass records, reconciliations, shift handovers, and daily security reports. Verifies clearance before authorizing bike releases, investigates discrepancies, preserves surveillance footage, and coordinates with Collection, Repo, Site, and operational teams to prevent loss or unauthorized movement.
