The New Business Sales Executive generates revenue by selling technology solutions in the Healthcare Market, managing sales processes, building relationships, and meeting sales quotas.

Use AI tools as the primary development partner to convert requirements into prompts and working software, generate initial solutions with LLMs, validate and fix hallucinations and security issues, write automated tests, ensure production readiness, build prompt libraries and AI-native workflows, document decisions, and guide other engineers in AI-first development practices.

Lead product marketing strategy to define ICPs, positioning, messaging, value frameworks, competitive narrative, and lifecycle storytelling. Partner cross-functionally to inform roadmap, pricing, packaging, launches, and value realization across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Define and guide scalable, maintainable AI-enabled product architecture and modernization. Translate product goals into service models, integration patterns, standards, and reusable accelerators. Use AI tools to accelerate architecture discovery, documentation, codebase analysis, and proofs-of-concept. Align stakeholders, reduce technical debt, mentor engineers, and establish lightweight architecture governance.

The Supervisor, Accounting oversees financial statement preparation, manages revenue recognition, conducts accounting research, leads staff, and coordinates audits while ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards.

Lead enterprise AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases, designing agentic workflows and automation, building an AI enablement team, partnering with business leaders, ensuring governance and measuring ROI to drive productivity and transformation.

Build AI-enabled workflows and analyze GTM/customer data to deliver dashboards, predictive insights, and automations that improve pipeline, win rates, retention, and GTM productivity. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to configure GTM tools, build AI agents, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build AI agents, automations, and dashboards. Analyze GTM, customer, and product data to produce predictive insights, visualizations (Domo), and recommendations. Configure and optimize GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Marketo) and advise teams on AI adoption to improve pipeline, retention, and operational efficiency.

Engage existing Greenway Health clients to identify needs, discover sales opportunities, create proposals/ROI, close sales, document activities in Salesforce, and collaborate with outside sales to increase bookings while delivering excellent customer service.

Lead month-end close, manage complex general ledger and revenue accounting, ensure ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, perform technical accounting research, support audits, drive automation and reporting, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Lead the Project Management Office to align projects with strategy, optimize PM processes, oversee portfolio prioritization and governance, manage and mentor program managers, report project status and risks to executives, and implement AI-enabled analytics and tools to improve forecasting, capacity planning, and decision support.
