Use AI tools to design, generate, test, document, debug, and refactor production software. Translate requirements into prompts, implementation plans, and acceptance criteria; validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, quality, and maintainability; create automated tests and reusable AI development workflows; collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and security teams; and guide engineers in adopting AI-native practices.

Supports PMO release governance by maintaining release calendars, readiness data, risks, dependencies, approvals, metrics, dashboards, documentation, and decision records. Coordinates readiness reviews, cut-over planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional follow-through without owning engineering execution or final go/no-go decisions. Analyzes delivery trends, improves workflows, defines requirements, and uses validated AI and automation to reduce manual reporting and strengthen release predictability, transparency, and governance.

Develops business analysis outputs, engineering metrics dashboards, leadership presentations, process documentation, and data-driven recommendations. The Senior Accountant manages month-end close, general ledger activities, revenue recognition, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, technical accounting research, and internal controls. The role reviews contracts for ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance, partners cross-functionally, improves accounting processes, automates reporting, performs financial analysis, and mentors junior staff.

Drive project, release, and roadmap delivery for product and development teams using Agile and traditional project management. Manage scope, schedules, resources, capacity, risks, dependencies, vendors, compliance, and stakeholder decisions. Maintain accurate planning and delivery data in Wrike, Agility, Smartsheet, and Domo. Use analytics and approved AI tools to forecast capacity, identify risks, and improve delivery, while validating AI outputs, protecting sensitive information, and retaining accountability for decisions.

Owns end-to-end delivery for a multi-product software program, coordinating product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include roadmap and release planning, capacity management, risk and dependency resolution, executive communication, data accuracy across delivery systems, release readiness, vendor management, compliance, and mentoring project managers. The role also promotes responsible use of AI tools for forecasting, reporting, workflow optimization, and delivery decisions.

Develop production software using AI-first engineering practices. Translate requirements into prompts, implementation plans, and acceptance criteria; generate and validate AI-assisted code; identify hallucinations, security issues, and logic gaps; create automated tests; and ensure architecture, performance, documentation, and production readiness. Build reusable prompt workflows, collaborate with product and technical teams, document decisions, and guide engineers in adopting AI-native development practices.

Influences product, pricing, packaging, roadmap, launch readiness, and value realization while aligning Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and analyst stakeholders. Requires strong B2B marketing expertise, executive presence, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence without direct authority.

Engage existing healthcare clients to identify needs, recommend Greenway products and services, develop proposals and ROI deliverables, conduct sales calls, follow up on leads, and close business. The role partners with outside sales representatives, documents activity in Salesforce, answers product questions, builds customer relationships, and increases bookings within an assigned territory.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build AI agents, automations, and dashboards. Analyze GTM, customer, and product data to produce predictive insights, visualizations (Domo), and recommendations. Configure and optimize GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Marketo) and advise teams on AI adoption to improve pipeline, retention, and operational efficiency.

Build AI-enabled workflows and analyze GTM/customer data to deliver dashboards, predictive insights, and automations that improve pipeline, win rates, retention, and GTM productivity. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to configure GTM tools, build AI agents, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
