Maintains client satisfaction and retention, records activities in Salesforce, networks with industry stakeholders, and stays informed about healthcare trends affecting physician practices. Requires quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in EHR or healthcare, along with strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and CRM skills.

Drive new business revenue across the Western Territory by selling complex healthcare technology and services, including AI-enabled EHR and revenue cycle management solutions. Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing through accurate forecasting and CRM updates. Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, manage RFPs, develop territory plans, and travel 50–75% of the time.

Designs and governs production-grade AI, GenAI, RAG, and agentic systems within secure healthcare products. Leads enterprise AI platform architecture, distributed systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure, data architecture, evaluation, LLMOps, observability, security, HIPAA compliance, and responsible AI practices. Partners with product and engineering teams on roadmaps, architecture standards, modernization, and production delivery. Builds proofs of concept, mentors technical teams, documents architecture decisions, and ensures AI capabilities meet quality, reliability, latency, cost, and safety requirements.
