Lead enterprise AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases, designing agentic workflows and automation, building an AI enablement team, partnering with business leaders, ensuring governance and measuring ROI to drive productivity and transformation.

Engage existing healthcare clients to identify needs, recommend Greenway products and services, develop proposals and ROI deliverables, conduct sales calls, follow up on leads, and close business. The role partners with outside sales representatives, documents activity in Salesforce, answers product questions, builds customer relationships, and increases bookings within an assigned territory.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build AI agents, automations, and dashboards. Analyze GTM, customer, and product data to produce predictive insights, visualizations (Domo), and recommendations. Configure and optimize GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Marketo) and advise teams on AI adoption to improve pipeline, retention, and operational efficiency.
