Role Overview
The GTM Engineer is a modern, AI-enabled technical partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role blends data expertise, AI innovation, and GTM systems knowledge to help our revenue organization operate with greater clarity, speed, and intelligence.
A core component of the role involves analyzing GTM and customer data, identifying trends, and creating actionable insights and visualizations that guide strategic decisions. In addition, the GTM Engineer enhances productivity by building AI agents, improving workflows, and integrating tools that build pipeline and streamline daily operations.
This position is hands-on and highly collaborative—ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with data, improving processes with technology, and delivering insights that directly impact pipeline, win rate, retention, and team efficiency. This position is a builder and analyst who elevates the GTM engine through smart use of data, AI, and automation.
The GTM Engineer reports to Revenue Operations and partners closely with leaders across the GTM organization.
Key Responsibilities
AI Enablement & Agent Development
- Build AI agents and workflows to support various use cases such as RFP responses, training and new hire onboarding, large data analysis, customer/prospect research, and high volume outbound messaging.
- Configure and leverage platforms like ChatGPT to increase GTM productivity.
- Build lightweight API-based automations connecting AI systems with CRM, content libraries, and GTM tools.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through intelligent automation.
Data Analysis, Insights & Visualization
- Analyze GTM, customer, and product data to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
- Build dashboards and visualizations using Domo
- Provide predictive insights, statistical modeling, and forecasting support for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence GTM strategy and execution.
- Support strategic and board-level data requests as needed.
GTM Tooling & Workflow Optimization
- Improve workflows and user experiences within Salesforce and other GTM systems (Gong, Gainsight, Staircase, Marketo).
- Enhance lead management, lifecycle transitions, onboarding workflows, and productivity tooling through configuration and automation.
- Use outputs from Gong and Gainsight to surface actionable insights, not managed within those tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations leadership to translate business needs into effective data and AI-driven solutions.
- Advise GTM team members on how to adopt and effectively use AI and insights in their daily workflows.
- Collaborate with team members within and outside of the GTM organization to ensure accuracy and clarity across GTM reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7+ years in GTM engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, data-focused GTM roles, or similar technical roles.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with common GTM tooling, including Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, and Marketo.
- Ability to build/configure AI-driven workflows, agents, and productivity automations.
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills; experience with forecasting or predictive analytics preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with APIs
- Experience with SQL or Python recommended, but not required
