Develop and automate system-level RF validation for next-generation RF SoC platforms from silicon bring-up through production. Design 3GPP conformance tests, build Python and MATLAB automation frameworks, characterize RF subsystems, analyze performance metrics and large datasets, debug hardware and software issues, optimize test instrumentation, and create regression environments, technical reports, and validation documentation.

Own system-level architecture for 5G NR and O-RAN SoCs, including link budgets, mMIMO beamforming, fronthaul/split specifications, system simulation, lab bring-up, compliance verification, cross-team issue resolution, and mentoring junior engineers.

Design and develop PCB circuitry for high-performance cellular base stations, covering RF, analog, digital, high-speed SerDes, and power. Own schematic capture, PCB layout, stack-up optimization, vendor/DFM reviews, board bring-up and debug, and collaborate with cross-functional domain experts to deliver reliable, power-efficient products.

Lead a small team to design and deliver FPGA/ASIC Front Haul Gateway solutions from architecture through production. Own microarchitecture, CPU/bus/memory subsystems, IP integration, front-to-back FPGA flows, verification, and hardware validation while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining design quality standards.

The Tech Lead Wireless Firmware is responsible for designing, developing, and verifying bare metal and RTOS-based firmware for a 5G SoC, collaborating with teams, and providing technical leadership.

Lead end-to-end PCB architecture, schematic capture, and layout for high-performance cellular base stations. Design RF, analog, digital, high-speed SerDes, and power circuits; optimize stack-up, signal/power/thermal integrity, drive DFM/vendor reviews, support board bring-up, and mentor other designers while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead and mentor a QA team in designing and maintaining automation test scripts for 5G products, aligning efforts with project requirements.

Design and deliver ultra-high-efficiency RF power amplifiers for 5G FR1 base stations. Lead device evaluation, modeling, circuit design, EM-aware PCB layout, lab bring-up, and production support. Collaborate with systems, RF/analog, digital, and firmware teams, document designs, and present results to stakeholders.
