Processes, reconciles, audits, and facilitates payment of weekly union benefit contribution remittances. The role manages reports, investigates data discrepancies, supports billing through NetSuite, responds to internal clients, assists coordinators and supervisors, meets tight deadlines, and escalates issues. Advanced Excel skills, accuracy, organization, and problem-solving are essential. This is a fully remote U.S. position.

Execute high-volume, complex software project setups and configurations; manage inbound setup requests and Intercom tickets; follow Asana checklists and protocols; escalate issues and submit development/bug requests; train new Implementation Specialists; assist internal audits, user communications, and provide technical input to account managers to ensure accurate platform configurations.

Design, develop, test, and deliver internal and external reporting and data solutions. Build automated and self-service reports, resolve data issues, manage project timelines, create documentation and training, and partner with engineering and operations to ensure data accuracy and client-facing reporting needs are met.

Serve as primary client contact for GreenSlate production accounting and payroll software via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot issues, log tickets in HubSpot, escalate and submit bugs, assist QA testing and user communications, and perform GL data integrity reconciliations to ensure client success.

Take technical ownership of core components in a production finance platform. Design and implement SPA features with React, TypeScript, and .NET backend, using MS SQL, Dapper/Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, TDD, and SOLID principles. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, architecture docs, and cross-team collaboration across offices.
