Take technical ownership of core components in a production finance platform. Design and implement SPA features with React, TypeScript, and .NET backend, using MS SQL, Dapper/Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, TDD, and SOLID principles. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, architecture docs, and cross-team collaboration across offices.

Serve as the first client contact during onboarding to GreenSlate's production finance/payroll platform. Configure projects, collect client data, manage check-printing logistics, track onboarding in Asana, answer calls/emails, escalate issues, maintain payroll form repository, and assist users with basic software questions to ensure successful client launch and satisfaction.

Execute high-volume, complex software project setups and configurations; manage inbound setup requests and Intercom tickets; follow Asana checklists and protocols; escalate issues and submit development/bug requests; train new Implementation Specialists; assist internal audits, user communications, and provide technical input to account managers to ensure accurate platform configurations.

Own full payroll cycle for assigned clients: review and calculate timecards for federal/state/union compliance; enter start documents; compile payroll reports and invoices; manage payroll releases and accounting imports; support VIP and heavily unionized clients; perform payroll-related admin tasks; and train and support Payroll Administrators and Coordinators.

Manage payroll for non-union and some union entertainment clients including data entry, timecard review, payroll releases, reporting, and compliance with federal, state, and union regulations. Support Paymasters, prepare reports and invoices, verify onboarding data, handle administrative payroll tasks, and maintain client protocols to ensure crews are paid accurately and on time.

Manage day-to-day Burbank office operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and support People Operations with onboarding, benefits administration, labor law compliance, employee engagement, event planning, and backup payroll tasks including E-Verify and mailing.

Build and maintain a cloud-based production finance application using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and microservices. Follow SOLID principles, TDD, and CI practices; collaborate with product and engineering teams; contribute to SPA front-end and RESTful APIs; participate in code reviews, pair programming, and onboarding to shape architecture and reduce technical debt.
