Supports new payroll client onboarding by collecting and validating project information, completing standard payroll setups, processing routine changes, updating trackers and records, and coordinating forms and supplies. Provides responsive client communication, escalates complex issues through resolution, and helps ensure projects are ready to run payroll on schedule. The role also develops knowledge of union deposits and related correspondence while maintaining organized, accurate implementation documentation.

Own and groom the Accounting product backlog, translating Product Manager-defined problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and sprint-ready work. Partner with engineering, QA, Scrum leadership, and accounting subject matter experts on AP entry, payment runs, bank integrations, and related workflows. Clarify requirements, validate completed work, manage scope trade-offs, communicate progress, and prioritize post-release enhancements and fixes.
