Investigate high-risk fund additions, purchases, and money movements via real-time queues to resolve fraud alerts and mitigate losses. Support escalated customer inquiries, respond to banking partner questions, and validate customer information for KYC. Analyze transaction patterns to identify fraud trends and recommend rule or system improvements. Maintain performance standards, participate in special projects, and balance fraud prevention with positive customer experience.

As a Senior Product Designer at Greenlight, you will lead end-to-end design for product areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality user-centered designs for a fintech mobile application.

Manage and scale paid acquisition efforts while optimizing customer acquisition costs and lifetime value using various marketing channels and automation tools.

Own analytics for Greenlight's devices ecommerce business across Shopify and Amazon: define KPIs and measurement framework, measure full funnel from ad impression to device purchase and subscriber conversion, analyze paid performance and ROAS/CAC, build dbt models and Tableau dashboards, surface insights to optimize marketing spend, and partner with marketing to scope and deliver analytics while owning data quality and reporting.
