Senior Product Designer partnering with US and Bangalore teams to create mobile product experiences. Responsibilities include developing UX flows, UI views, components, prototypes, and design-system contributions; collaborating with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Marketing; supporting accurate implementation; conducting cross-platform quality assurance; and improving design processes. The role requires strong Figma expertise, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, mobile design knowledge, a high-quality portfolio, and 5–7+ years of product design experience.

Own a named enterprise territory selling multi-year, seven-figure partnerships to major banks and credit unions. Build executive relationships, develop financial business cases, manage complex buying committees, navigate security, procurement, legal, and vendor reviews, negotiate agreements, forecast accurately, and support post-sale handoff. The role requires personally sourcing opportunities, consistently exceeding quota, and closing complex deals with heavily regulated financial institutions.

Own the strategy, roadmap, metrics, and reliability of Greenlight’s common platform products, including identity and access management, permissions, authentication, and notifications. Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data, and consumer product teams to define requirements, deliver platform capabilities, and support product teams across the organization. The intern will analyze legal and operational trends, document compliance issues, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams, and assist with legal and compliance projects.

Drive revenue-efficient acquisition, define KPIs, monitor market dynamics, influence senior stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-growing consumer technology environment.

Lead design and build of core web platform infrastructure and features, translate mobile experiences to web, implement frontend and backend services, drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, manage technical debt, and improve reliability and observability.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines for web, mobile, and APIs. Implement AI-driven test generation and self-healing automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, measure test metrics, triage issues, and collaborate with engineers and product to improve quality.

Lead Greenlight's strategic finance function: build and manage the team, own company-wide planning (budgeting, forecasting, long-range), provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for product and commercial teams, support month/quarter close and audit alignment, prepare board reporting, and lead diligence for M&A/partnerships. Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team to drive high-impact decisions and scalable financial processes.

Design and implement web experiences for the Family Hub and Web Platform using Next.js and React. Drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, manage technical debt, improve code quality, and participate in deployment and operations across the SDLC.

Generate and qualify new business leads for banks and credit unions, book pitch meetings, use prospecting tools and sales technology, execute outreach via email/phone/social, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to improve processes and ensure demo quality.
