Supports a complex payroll provider implementation across planning, data migration, configuration validation, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization. Coordinates Payroll, HR, Finance, Engineering/Product, vendors, and implementation partners; validates payroll data and configurations; reconciles discrepancies; manages issues and risks; prepares testing, process, cutover, and knowledge-transfer materials; and provides hypercare support during initial payroll cycles.

Owns smaller livestreams, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and studio recordings from intake through delivery while supporting high-impact productions. Responsibilities include studio booking, scheduling, production planning, run-of-show development, presenter preparation, crew coordination, rehearsals, show-day operations, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, approvals, metrics review, and production closeout. The role is predominantly onsite in San Francisco with occasional early, late, or travel-based productions.

Build and scale OpenAI Education’s content engine across editorial, curriculum, video, visual content, social, email, and web channels. The role creates workflows, templates, governance, and publishing systems; produces and edits educational content; develops channel strategies; measures performance; runs experiments; and manages external creative and content partners. It requires cross-functional collaboration and the ability to turn expert input into polished, measurable content for students, educators, and education leaders.

Supports month-end and quarter-end accounting close for cloud computing and infrastructure costs. Responsibilities include accruals, journal-entry support, reconciliations, true-ups, variance analysis, contract and invoice validation, lease and fixed-asset accounting, audit documentation, control procedures, exception resolution, and cross-functional coordination. The role also improves accounting workflows through documentation, automation, system testing, and approved AI tools.

Coordinate APAC employee onboarding by managing new hire and manager communications, calendars, orientation sessions, onsite logistics, stakeholder coordination, and onboarding resources. Maintain regional schedules, internal documentation, office guidance, and process accuracy across Singapore, India, Australia, and other APAC locations. Partner with HR, IT, Workplace, Recruiting, Facilities, and People teams to resolve issues and deliver consistent onboarding experiences.

Run and scale OpenAI’s student community program across North and South America. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, selection, onboarding, student support, activations, reporting, dashboards, Airtable systems, operating rhythms, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role also supports campus leads, captures student feedback, resolves blockers, and improves processes across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and regional partners.

Build and manage a regional pipeline of advanced OpenAI users, conduct interviews and qualitative research, document workflows and limitations, translate insights into product recommendations and compelling stories, create community opportunities for peer learning, and collaborate with product, research, and storytelling teams. Role is London-based and requires frequent travel.

Support monthly Japan payroll by running Workday reports, validating vendor outputs, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with local vendors and authorities, communicating with employees in Japanese and English, collecting documentation, validating bank changes, and documenting procedures.

Supports communications launches and proactive campaigns across health, education, and personal finance. Develops messaging, media strategies, briefing materials, talking points, FAQs, and executive summaries; translates complex technical work into clear audience-specific narratives; monitors media sentiment and emerging risks; and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across product, policy, legal, marketing, research, and communications.
