Responsibilities include developing creator networks and market strategies, managing agencies and partnerships, overseeing content and paid amplification, establishing operational processes, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and creating measurement frameworks tied to audience and business outcomes. The role focuses initially on the UK, France, and Germany and requires regular travel across Europe.

Supports a complex payroll provider implementation across planning, data migration, configuration validation, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization. Coordinates Payroll, HR, Finance, Engineering/Product, vendors, and implementation partners; validates payroll data and configurations; reconciles discrepancies; manages issues and risks; prepares testing, process, cutover, and knowledge-transfer materials; and provides hypercare support during initial payroll cycles.
