Build and manage a regional pipeline of advanced OpenAI users, cultivate trusted relationships, run interviews and qualitative research, document workflows, surface product insights, and translate high-signal use cases into internal recommendations and published stories. Create community opportunities, coordinate with product/research/storytelling teams, and maintain privacy and consent while operating independently across the APAC region.

Build and maintain relationships with advanced OpenAI users in Korea, surface product insights through interviews and artifact review, create repeatable sourcing pipelines, translate findings into product recommendations and compelling user stories, and connect regional users into a community. Role requires frequent travel to OpenAI offices.
