Coordinate product launches, lead proactive media and influencer campaigns, manage agency relationships, prepare briefing materials and talking points, and build relationships with journalists and influencers. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, global affairs, legal, and be flexible within a small team.

Support reseller deal execution end-to-end: deal intake, order forms, POs, provisioning, invoicing, and partner systems administration (Crossbeam, Retool). Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and other systems, assist partner inquiries, referral payouts, and identify process improvements.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows, internal tools, assistants, and platform capabilities to automate operational processes. Integrate LLM APIs, RAG/vector retrieval, and backend systems, collaborate with product and operations, and deliver production-ready solutions that reduce manual work and scale GreenLight's operations.
