Own technical solution credibility across the sales cycle: lead technical discovery, design UiPath and agentic automation architectures, build demos/POCs, produce executive decks and RFP responses, and create reusable accelerators to de-risk deals and shorten sales cycles.

Serve as the bridge between client problems and automation/AI solutions: lead discovery workshops, produce PDDs and agent specs, design prompts and evaluation frameworks, scope solutions, coordinate UAT and training, and support delivery across 2–3 engagements concurrently.

Build production-grade UiPath automations and Claude-powered AI agent workflows, integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, ERPs, CRMs), write custom Python/JS/C# components, create reusable libraries, run unit tests and UAT, and participate in two-week agile sprints to deliver and stabilize automation solutions.

Own the client relationship and commercial delivery cadence for 3-4 concurrent AI and automation engagements (3-6 month cycles). Ensure scope, timelines, RAID logs, and value realization are managed while enabling consultants and engineers, leading stakeholder conversations, and surfacing expansion opportunities.

Own the Insurance vertical to generate pipeline, acquire new customers, and close enterprise technology consulting deals. Build partner co-sell relationships, lead full sales cycles, partner with delivery to scope solutions and upsell existing accounts, represent Greenlight at events, and maintain rigorous Salesforce CRM discipline and sales activity reporting.

Provide bookkeeping and finance operations support including full-cycle AR/AP/GL in QuickBooks Online, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll processing, financial reporting, timesheet and contractor reconciliations, and documentation handling while liaising with legal and sales teams.
