Lead Expediter oversees commissary order fulfillment: verify packing accuracy, quality, labeling, and temperatures; coordinate kitchen, packing, and delivery teams; lead pick & pack staff; maintain food safety, compliance, inventory tracking, and staging for timely shipments.

Manage daily operations, performance, and compliance across multiple workplace dining sites. Travel regularly to assess execution, train and mentor site leads, drive operational improvements, handle client escalations, report on KPIs, and lead site launches and special projects to ensure consistent guest experience and profitability.

Manage high-volume full-cycle recruiting for culinary, operations, front-of-house, and corporate roles. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates; maintain ATS and recruiting metrics. Support onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data entry, payroll assistance, employee file maintenance, compliance coordination, benefits logistics, and employee experience activities. Represent the company at hiring events and provide interim administrative HR coverage.
