Lead and manage an urban middle or high school: hire and develop staff, direct instructional programs, manage budgets and operations, set schedules and discipline policies, engage families and community, drive student achievement, and participate in professional development and organizational initiatives.

Teach middle and high school English using Common Core standards and universal design for learning. Plan and deliver rigorous, data-driven lessons, assess student learning, build classroom culture, collaborate with colleagues and families, participate in professional development, and support student success. Participate in network-wide initiatives and meet credential, background, and health-clearance requirements.

Teach high school physics using Common Core–aligned curriculum; design engaging lessons, assess student learning, build respectful classroom culture, collaborate with colleagues, communicate with families, and participate in professional development and school community activities.

Support implementation of Green Dot ELA and ELD programs by coaching teachers, delivering professional development, developing curriculum resources, guiding assessment analysis, coordinating literacy teams, supporting MTSS, and liaising between central office and school leaders to improve student literacy outcomes.

Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and grant management for schools and central office. Build and maintain multi-year financial models, analyze monthly results, refine forecasts, create tools/reports for stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement projects to support financial sustainability.

Teach middle and high school students with moderate-severe or extensive support needs. Deliver individualized instruction per IEPs, co-teach, develop and coordinate IEPs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families, train and supervise paraprofessionals, monitor student progress, and provide professional development and behavior supports.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for school sites and central office. Manage grants, drive multi-year projections, support audits, optimize cash and processes, and supervise Finance Manager while partnering with operations and senior leadership to ensure financial sustainability.

Teach middle and high school math aligned to Common Core: design rigorous, accessible lessons, assess student learning, collaborate with staff and families, participate in professional development, and maintain classroom culture and student safety.

Coach special and general education teachers to implement inclusive, standards-aligned instruction, MTSS interventions, co-teaching, and structured literacy. Design and deliver professional development, support IEP development and compliance, ensure accurate documentation in student data systems, and collaborate with school leaders to build sustainable inclusive practices that promote college, career, and community readiness.

Provide first-line technical support via NerdFone for Green Dot end users, escalate issues, support IS and DSA with application support, data collection and reporting, maintain documentation and training materials, assist with user roles/permissions and testing processes, and occasionally travel to local school sites or home office.
