Leads network-wide student recruitment and enrollment efforts, supervises Student Enrollment Coordinators, manages outreach campaigns and events, monitors enrollment data and conversion rates, oversees enrollment systems and compliance, and trains school teams. The role develops recruitment strategies, coordinates schedules and field operations, produces reports and dashboards, supports lotteries and application launches, and builds relationships with families, schools, and community partners to achieve enrollment goals.

Leads Green Dot Public Schools’ organization-wide marketing, communications, public relations, brand, and student recruitment strategy. Oversees integrated campaigns, media relations, crisis communications, creative assets, analytics, budgets, vendors, and team development. Partners with school and organizational leaders to increase enrollment, strengthen reputation, support fundraising and advocacy, and maintain consistent brand messaging across schools and channels.

Oversee operational and financial functions across a portfolio of Los Angeles schools. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, procurement, facilities, enrollment, compliance, staff supervision, professional development, and continuous process improvement. The manager partners with school leaders and central-office teams to improve operational effectiveness, ensure compliant resource use, and support enrollment and attendance goals.

Support implementation of Green Dot ELA and ELD programs by coaching teachers, delivering professional development, developing curriculum resources, guiding assessment analysis, coordinating literacy teams, supporting MTSS, and liaising between central office and school leaders to improve student literacy outcomes.

Coach special and general education teachers to implement inclusive, standards-aligned instruction, MTSS interventions, co-teaching, and structured literacy. Design and deliver professional development, support IEP development and compliance, ensure accurate documentation in student data systems, and collaborate with school leaders to build sustainable inclusive practices that promote college, career, and community readiness.
