Oversee operational and financial functions across a portfolio of Los Angeles schools. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, procurement, facilities, enrollment, compliance, staff supervision, professional development, and continuous process improvement. The manager partners with school leaders and central-office teams to improve operational effectiveness, ensure compliant resource use, and support enrollment and attendance goals.

Leads all non-instructional school operations, including team management, finance and purchasing, student information and reporting, nutrition, facilities, enrollment and lottery administration, health and safety, events, transportation coordination, and state and federal compliance. Manages operations staff, coordinates with district teams and vendors, supports the principal, oversees audits and emergency processes, and completes special projects in an on-site school environment.

Support implementation of Green Dot ELA and ELD programs by coaching teachers, delivering professional development, developing curriculum resources, guiding assessment analysis, coordinating literacy teams, supporting MTSS, and liaising between central office and school leaders to improve student literacy outcomes.
