Teams at Greater St. Louis Area Council

Secures financial support for Scouting programs by managing and cultivating a portfolio of 100+ donors and prospects. Identifies and solicits new donors, maintains donor relationships, supports fundraising campaigns, and collaborates with field staff. The role also involves community networking, donor recognition, progress tracking, public communication, and supporting district and council events. Evening and weekend work, plus annual training travel, may be required.

Manage a designated territory to recruit, fundraise, market, and support Scouting programs. Build relationships with volunteers, community and business leaders; plan events; meet fundraising and membership goals; provide strong customer service and public speaking. Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends required.
