Supports nonprofit fundraising operations, donor relations, development projects, grant activities, events, database management, gift processing, reporting, and community engagement. The role builds donor relationships, coordinates campaigns and timelines, prepares communications and materials, tracks fundraising metrics, and represents the organization at community events. It is designed for an early-career professional with strong organizational, communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills.

Leads annual giving and fundraising campaigns, develops donor participation strategies, coordinates volunteer and leadership giving efforts, and manages donor recognition and stewardship programs. Creates donor communications, builds relationships with donors and community stakeholders, tracks fundraising progress, and reports results to leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and CRM or database experience.

Manage a designated district to grow finance, membership, and volunteer development. Build relationships, conduct sales/fundraising, plan events, provide customer service, public speaking, and community outreach. Work evenings/weekends, attend annual training, and perform administrative tasks.
