Manage planning, production and distribution of Visit OKC publications. Oversee editorial calendars, write/edit content to AP Style, coordinate vendors and designers, maintain layouts in InDesign, manage budgets/timelines, repurpose content across channels, and evaluate publication performance.

Provide administrative and operational coordination for Team OKC, tracking actions and deliverables, organizing meetings and materials, maintaining documentation and dashboards, preparing reports and stakeholder updates, supporting vendor and partner coordination, assisting procurement, onboarding, travel and budget tasks, and identifying risks to ensure timely follow-through across workstreams.
