Teams at Greater Oklahoma City Chamber

Lead government and stakeholder engagement for Team OKC, building partnerships with federal, state, tribal, and local entities; coordinate with LA28 and regional partners; support approvals, permitting, operations, and crisis management; prepare executive briefings and represent Team OKC at public forums to ensure aligned delivery of Olympic and Paralympic events.

Coordinate logistics for Chamber events including registrations, sponsor and vendor coordination, onsite setup, payment reconciliation, and inventory. Manage CRM and project systems, serve as primary contact for attendees/sponsors, assist with venues, and support special events and front desk duties.
