Provide HR administrative support including new-hire onboarding, employee lifecycle data entry and file maintenance, HRIS implementation assistance, regulatory reporting support, third-party vendor follow-up, and special projects assigned by the CHRO.

Resource Registered Nurse provides clinical oversight, coaching, and guidance to department staff while delivering direct patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, precepting nurses, supporting onboarding and competencies, managing immunizations and stock medications, conducting assessments, administering treatments, performing diagnostic tests, educating patients, documenting in the electronic health record, handling referrals and medication requests, and responding to urgent patient needs.

Provides age-appropriate direct patient care, conducts nursing assessments, responds to emergencies, supports provider procedures, develops patient-centered care plans, manages referrals and medication prior authorizations, processes refills, documents in the electronic medical record, communicates test results, advocates for patients, and assists with nursing staff orientation.
