Provides broad HR support focused on employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, performance management, compensation, merit pay, employee progression, and professional development. Maintains performance and development plans in the HRIS, advises employees and leadership, and communicates policy and process information. The role also collaborates with employees, unions, management, and cross-functional teams.

Manage organizational development, employee and labor relations for union and non-union employees across five bargaining units. Lead union negotiations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, separation hearings, policy and contract interpretation, and compliance with employment laws. Oversee merit pay and salary adjustment processes to support internal equity, recommend compensation changes, and coordinate with legal counsel, consultants, agencies, vendors, and organizational leadership.

Administer and maintain GLWA’s network, server, storage, voice, radio, printing, and data infrastructure. Responsibilities include provisioning, configuration, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, security, capacity and performance management, documentation, architecture reviews, infrastructure planning, and staff training. The role requires working assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, supporting IT equipment and facilities, and maintaining compliance with safety and security procedures.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of GLWA's Capital Improvement Plan projects, ensuring adherence to standards, managing project risks, and communicating with stakeholders throughout all phases including initiation, design, and closeout.
