Maintains training materials and records to meet Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Colorado requirements, provides engaging classroom instruction, supports onboarding, and travels to communities for on-site training. Requires an active Minnesota RN license, at least two years of relevant nursing experience, strong teaching skills, and reliable transportation.

Supports daily operations of a 55+ apartment community by assisting with leasing applications, renewals, tours, waiting lists, resident relations, work orders, inspections, vendor coordination, records, invoices, and property accounting data entry. Provides office coverage, answers resident and public inquiries, supports emergency calls as needed, and maintains accurate information in RealPage.
