The role requires strong organization, creativity, interpersonal and group leadership skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with Class C licensing.

Duties include cleaning common areas, restrooms, guest suites, and turnover units; removing trash; dusting; washing windows; checking lights; completing work orders; outdoor cleanup; snow shoveling; and applying ice melt. May handle occasional after-hours or on-call situations. Must live within 20 minutes of the property and pass a required background check.
