Provides hands-on support, coaching, training, and interim coverage for Life Enrichment programs across senior living communities. Assesses programming and resident engagement, implements improvement plans, develops activities, supports Memory Care programming, trains teams on TSO, and coordinates events, volunteers, transportation, and community partnerships. Requires regular travel between assigned communities and may cover leadership vacancies or transitions.

Supports apartment community operations by assisting with leasing applications, renewals, tours, waiting lists, resident relations, work orders, inspections, reporting, data entry, invoice processing, and vendor communication. The role also answers phones, provides property information, supports emergency calls as needed, and assists the Campus Manager with daily administrative duties.

The Assistant Director of Nursing oversees resident health and safety, conducts assessments, maintains service agreements and clinical records, coordinates care with providers, supervises medication administration and equipment practices, and communicates changes in resident conditions. The role provides staff training, supports policy and emergency procedure development, monitors resident health measurements, addresses family concerns, and participates in an on-call rotation. A current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license is required.
