Provides licensed practical nursing care to assisted living residents, including medication oversight, care plan and chart maintenance, clinical monitoring, coordination with physicians and families, supervision of medication practices, and emergency procedure support. Ensures staff follow resident care procedures and communicates changes in resident needs. The role requires a current Minnesota LPN license; one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Supports daily operations at a senior apartment community by assisting with leasing, resident relations, renewals, waiting-list management, work orders, inspections, vendor coordination, emergency calls, reporting, and invoice processing. Maintains property records and enters leasing, maintenance, accounting, and tenant data into RealPage. Provides phone coverage, property information, and administrative support to the Campus Manager.

Leads nursing and health services in an assisted living community. Oversees clinical care quality, staffing, compliance, documentation, policies, incident investigations, resident safety, and regulatory adherence. Provides clinical supervision, monitors performance metrics, supports employee development and retention, and collaborates with executive and regional leadership to meet resident care needs.
